(2,500 ถุง) พร้อมมอบทุนการศึกษาให้แก่โรงเรียนและมหาวิทยาลัย, มอบทุนการจัดซื้ออุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์และเครื่องมือแพทย์ให้แก่โรงพยาบาลในเขตพื้นที่, มอบทุนสนับสนุนการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาสิ่งแวดล้อมเทศบาลนครแหลมฉบัง อีกทั้งยังมอบทุนการศึกษาให้กับบุตรของพนักงานปลาวาฬ กรุ๊ปอีกด้วย
